My Audio File(s) came in a .zip file package. What do I do with that?

A .zip file is a standard compressed folder of files — think of it an easy way to hand you multiple items in one download. Most users can natively click and open .zip files in their operating system (whether Windows, Mac or Linux).

If you need a tool to unpack your .zip file to get at it’s contents can we suggest 7-Zip for Windows and Stuffit for Mac. Linux users can have a look in your respective package manager.

If you run into any problems opening or accessing .zip package just contact us via the Contact page or email us directly at info@pepperhorn.com and we’ll be happy to sort you out.
